Personal and Media Stylist
Personal Styling
In a world where carbs, lattes and chocolate exist; chances are not everyone is a size 2, has thousands of dollars to spend at exclusive little boutiques or has access to exclusive samples from designers…that is where I come in. I'm 5'10", my husband is a chef, need I say more, I live in the reality of being a size 10/12.
Having a personal stylist is not just about convenience; it’s budget, needs, trends, and personal shopping. Sometimes re-vamping your wardrobe creatively or seeing it from a different perspective is just what a client needs to regain confidence.
So, if your size/style has changed, your life is too busy to shop, you are missing some key styling pieces or you have a special event, I’m happy to meet with you.
Together we will go through your closet, re-vamp your wardrobe and take a ‘field trip’ to a couple of my favorite vendors. Learning to shop efficiently, effectively and meeting your needs is the goal.
Media Styling:
If you are on-set talent, getting ready for a new headshot or giving a presentation having a media stylist that is unbiased may be helpful to you.
How? Well, perception of the camera and the audience is reality. There are do's and don'ts in the media. It doesn't need to be boring, but it does need to be camera friendly while being flattering and giving you confidence. Most directors give broad guidelines but it's the color, cut and details that matter. Yes, gentlemen, this applies to you as well.
So, if you are gearing up for a show, a headshot that will live online for years or even a simple presentation you are proud of, you may want to consider a quick consult.
